Research by Tufts University shows that people who drink low-fat milk have a higher chance of getting diabetes than people who go for the full-fat version. Researchers from Tuft and Harvard performed blood tests on 3000 people aged between 30 and 75. None of the participants had diabetes. The subjects were monitored for a couple of years, after which another blood test was done. The researchers studied the results, and it turned out that 36 percent of the drinkers of full-fat milk had a lower chance of getting diabetes.

Eating low-fat products has an effect on your mindset too. You’ll feel much more inclined to have a snack at the end of the day if you’ve eat low-fat products during the day. The common idea is: “I haven’t had that many calories yet today, so having a snack doesn’t matter that much…”
